Big Hugs from Becky!Completed by Denise Murray / Paperboo Creations

I printed onto good quality lightweight card and matted the topper, along with some co-ordinating paper, onto an 8x8 card blank.I added the decoupage elements using a mixture of 3d foam pads and glue gel, trimmed the edge of the topper with some co-ordinating ribbon and added some card candi to finish this super cute design.
