Bedtime Baby Bear with Bottle in Blue with BowCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper, mounted the main image to an 8x8 scalloped edge card, then built up the front of the card, with the small teddy image i have made into a tag ,after printing it i cut it out added small ribbon hanger so you could stick the tag to a present, then i stuck it to some firm card, and cut around it again.
