Beautiful Mermaid with Harp Completed by Pat Mottram

I printed this file onto matte photographic paper, I printed the base image twice so that I could create a raised centre panel, this wasn't necessary just personal choice.

I matted the first base image onto silver holographic card and fixed to a white card blank.

I cut the centre circle from the second image and mounted with foam strips. The decoupage was constructed with silicone glue,Glossy accents was applied to the bubbles and crystal drops to the pearl bracelet.

Lastly the sentiment was mounted onto silver holographic card and mounted with foam pads.

This is a very pretty colourful image and I don't think that it requires and further embellishments.
