Bailey Bear Birthday Card Front 2Completed by Carol Wilshire

What a cute card. I cut everything out and mounted on a pink card. I added glitter to all the candle flames, butterfly and party hat. I even added a pom pom to the top of the hat.

Little eyes were added, a pearl to her bow and crystal effects to the melting candle wax.
