View of the Harbour Panel Card with ToppersCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads and I finished my card with a blue bow, this is a beautiful design, which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
