I printed the sheet onto 110 gsm paper and cut out all the elements, i stuck the main picture onto a white DL blank card and decoupaged the pieces, the sentiment panel I changed by cutting a spare piece of blue card to fit in the star and used peel off's for a Happy 21st birthday
