I printed the sheet onto 110 gsm paper, cut out all elements, I picked a pearlised light card blank and stuck the picture in the top corner and decoupaged it,I added peel off boarders along two sides of the card and added the sentiment panel.

I stuck the small picture of the design to the inside of the card.
