I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added gold corners and a sentiment. A gorgeous design with a calm, peaceful feel.

I printed on matte card, used foam squares to add the decoupage, turquoise glitter on the edge of the picture and sentiment and finished with Glitter Snow to highlight the waves.
I cut out all the elements and layered decoupage with foam tape. I mounted on a navy card front. I added silver pearls and diamond glitter to accent design
