Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out the elements, and used DST to attach topper to a Brown sheen card. Used foam pads to build up the Decoupage. I stuck crystal Gems on aspects of the card. I also used some Blue, Red and Gold Glitter on the Balloons.
A great design and is very easy to make up.

I printed out onto 220 gram smooth card ,mounted on a A5 card using dst,decoupaged with sticky pads and added sentiment.
