This sheet is quick and easy to do, used A4 card I enlarged the picture slightly and made backing paper from the football. cut out main picture and stuck backing paper and main picture on with double sided tape. cut rest of pieces out and layered them with silicone glue.

Typed out a sentiment and backed it with red card and stuck it on with foam pads, and inserted a verse.
