Wine bottle topper with decoupage & 4 shaped greetings, Fathers Day, Birthday Wishes, Wine O'clock Time & 1 blank. There is also 3 smaller tiles, Someone Special, Special Friend & 1 blank.

After printing on a good quality of paper, I cut out the parts. Then build up with 3D foams, and come the sheet on a board map. After I taped it on a red card, and decorated it with flowers, pearls and stickers.
I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to a white DL card. Layered all elements, choosing one of the sentiments for the top layer. Added the blank tag with my own greeting. This is absolutely gorgeous, will suit male or female recipients, and a variety of occasions.
