Doors Open for Paul on His 18th Inside Out TopperCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card, and I added the insert inside, to finish my card, I placed the sentiment onto the front of my card using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design for any lads 18th, was very quick and easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
