Difference of OpinionCompleted by Susan P. B.

Copied to matte photo paper. Cut out and applied the decoupage using sticky pads. I used white card stock, matted a green glitterd card to it leaving a white border. I put foam sticky tape to the back of the main image, placed it leaving a border onto the base.

I have added some leaves and a dragonfly around the top incorporating the greeting. I always supported the fact that dogs are very intelligent !
