I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I used double sided tape to mount the topper onto an 8x8 card blank then built up the decoupage with foam pads.
I embellished with glitter and a few peel offs.
Such an easy and quick card to make.

printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (easy as there are no fiddly bits) I attached the main image to scalloped edge card using DST and added he other layers with 2mm foam pads, I finished the card off by adding the matching insert cup616545_107.
