Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

There is a matching insert for this card (cup680606_107) which I placed inside to finish the card.

I added Happy Birthday to the front of the card and placed the remaining sentiments inside the cello bag so that my customer has a choice.
