Big ,big, Truck in BlueCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I changed the sentiment on one of the tags before I printed on matte card and wet glued to a a matching card base.

I added the decoupage with foam squares.

I highlighted with some silver glitter on the truck and blue glitter to the sentiment and to highlight the water splashed I finished with glossy accents on the water splashes.
