Age 60 Over the Hill Beer Birthday TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out 2 of the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto Ice blue mirror card, then onto silver holo card. I used large foam pads to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with foam pads & 3D glue gel & used 4 silver hand crafted card candi & a metal charm as embellishments & Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some shimmer.
