Twenty First BirthdayCompleted by Diana Holmes

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces,

I mounted the main image onto a lace backing paper printed from cup622092_66 and attached to an 8x8 scalloped edge card using DST, I added the other layers with 2mm foam pads and finished the card off by putting glittery border peel offs around the edges.

This is a lovely design and makes a beautiful card.
