The Birthday Fairy Inside and Out TopperCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of my card, adding the sentiment, using 2mm sticky pads, i then finished my card by placing the insert inisde my card, this is a terrific, fun design, was so very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
