After printing onto lightweight 160gsm card and cutting out the pieces, I mounted the base element onto a white card blank using DST, then added the decoupage layers using glue gel.
I used silver glitter glue around the edges of the figures, clear glitter dots on the 'ribbon' and added adhesive gems to the bow and the caption.
I printed out onto 220 gram card and mounted on a border punched card using dst, decoupaged using foam pads and attached silver elasticated bow down spine.
