I covered an A5 card with some blue /white backing paper,then i printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,then i mounted the main image to the card,and built it up,then added the text plate.and some large clear gems.
Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white A5 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
The insert reads With Love & Best Wishes.
