I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I used gold liquid pearls on flowers, and diamond stickles to glasses , flower centers and wine glass
I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out the design. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the card front to a turquoise matte and then to a blank, white, card.
A few turquoise rhinestones were added to the text labels.
Another great Birthday card with words of wisdom from our friend, Stella.
