I printed out onto 240 gram card and mounted on a border punched card using DST ,then using sticky pads i decoupaged .

I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
I then added tiny amounts of fine clear glitter to the gems. To complete the card I placed the matching insert inside.
