I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added some white pearls to lace, some stickles to flowers, glasses, candles and party had.
I printed at a reduced size onto C.B's matt phto paper and cut out the parts. I matted the base image onto dark blue mirri card and attached to a lilac pearl C5 cardblank with DST. I layered the panels with 2mm foam and added the flower decoupage with silicone.I used orange and yellow stickles on the candle flames. I added cristal gems to the panel and text and added tiny pink gems to the corners and to the table decoration.
Fab design with stella, I think all those candles will give her a "golden" glow ,one for each year, if nothing else!!
