I printed and cut out the sheet, added the base onto the card with DST, then the other elements I added with foam pads a great funny card!

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out, I added the base design to a coordinating textured card then added to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads ,to complete I added faux gemstones.
Another super design to ring a smile.
