Simply Beautiful - Completed by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to large square scalloped edge card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, and finished with gold peel-off stickers round design and finished with star dust stickles to rose petals and gems.

A stunning design, very elegant.
