Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I used DST to attach the Topper to a White Card. Using Foam Pads I built up the Decoupage.I stuck the sentiment to the top of card. I stuck pretty pink gems an the buttons and a pretty Pink Crystal on the Bow.

This is a wonderful design, and so easy to make up.
