Rose Cupcake DelightCompleted by Heather Beechey

Printed onto 250gsm white card, cut out all the elements, then assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Matted onto a piece of pink card using d/s tape, then attached to a coordinating blue 6 x 4 card also using d/s tape.

Finished off surrounding the design with a frame of pearls. Lovely design featuring pretty colours and suitable for any age.
