I printed out the sheet then cut it out, I then added the base onto the card with DST and the other elements I added with foam pads A great retro card !!
I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto a pale pink card base and used black peel-offs to form a border. I added black die-cuts: a flower and musical score, as shown.
To finish I used some faux gems here and there. This is a wonderful retro image that might bring back some memories for a few youngsters!
