I printed this sheet on glossy photo paper and cut out the main picture and decupage. I attached a backing paper to an 8 x 8 card blank and edged both the card and backing paper with gold peel offs and swirls.

I used silicone glue to attach the main picture to the card and also to layer the decoupage. A really stunning design.
