Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out the elements.

Matted to a background from my kit and then onto crème card stock. Used a mix of d.s.t., foam pads and silicone gel glue. Built up the decoupage. added a strip of the backing that I had creased, popped on the bird, the buttons, some glitter on her earing and the lipstick. Finally placed the bow and inked the edges.

I do not usually make this sort of design up but this one really caught my eye. She has elegance and beauty, and I knew I could bring her to life.
