Cut the sheet after printing on cardstock. Highlighted the word 'Sparkles' in glitter glue. Decoupaged the cushion and the brooch, then black glitter glue and a rhinestone for each one on the design, including a large blue stone in the middle.

Attached peel off borders to the main picture and corners to the cushion. Very quick to make and really catches your eye......
