I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added a clear flat backed gem to the back of her dress to complete this gorgeous card.
