I printed the sheet on Crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. The main topper was layered onto grey cardstock and then attached to a 7 x 7 square card. The cut out elements were added using foam pads to create the decoupage.

A very pretty card for a female birthday. There is also a matching insert.
