Pink Flapper Birthday DecoupageCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a co ordinating mat and and then to a white card.

I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added one of the sentiments.

I haven't quite got the colour right, Vicki's is a better colour then my camera has picked up. Great flapper design.
