Printed onto Glossy Photo Paper. I cut out both elements. I used DST to attach the main front to a scalloped white card. I used foam pads to attach the other element onto the topper.

I used small crystal Bling on the middle of each flower, and larger crystal bling on the corners of card and on clasp of bag.

A stunning card and a quick easy card to make.
