I printed out 2 copies of the sheet onto matte photo paper and cut out the base image and sentiment from one, and the central panel and ribbon from the second.

I then attached the base image to my card blank using DST and used glue gel to add the central panel layer, ribbon and my chosen sentiment.

I finished off by adding self-adhesive pale pink pearls to the corners of the panel.
