Paris in Blue

I printed off the sheet on 130gsm photo quality paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the base design on to light blue card and then on to a dark blue card using dst.

I then placed the decoupage items with foam pads.

I mounted a greeting on to an oval dark blue scalloped shape and used foam pads to put in place at the top.

I finished off using 3 blue gems along the bottom and highlighted her ear-ring and neclace with some glitter. To complete my card I made an insert using the oval picture on the sheet.
