I resized the image to print on to half A4. Mounted the topper on to black card, then on to a floral background - cup253504_10, and finally on to a white card.

Layered, using foam tape.

To embellish I threaded paper beads and glass beads on to metallic thread and added these at the base of the topper.

Finished with peel-off corners. A very pretty, elegant design.
