I printed out he sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base image onto pink silk mirri, then onto red/gold angel hair & finally onto matt gold card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I cut out the bottles from the 2nd layer & used 3D glue gel to decoupage them to the base image, I cut out the file & nails & decoupaged them to the image.

I used Glam Pink, Fruit Punch, Tropical Tangerine & Star Dust Stickles to add lot's of sparkle. I added a die cut flourish to embellish.
