Nice quick and easy card you can whip up. I printed the sheet, cut out the base topper and overlay, and mounted the overlay with foam tape before adding both of the sentiment tags slightly offset (to add dimension) to the top RH corner.
Adhered the base topper onto a matching Lilac cardstock and it was done.
