Lovely Pink Roses in a Stitched Frame Completed by Giselle Topper

What a gorgeous quick and easy sheet to make up. I printed it, cut out the decourpage and the sentiment tag - adhered these with foam tape and adhered the base topper onto a matching cardstock with DST and it was done.

I felt that no further embellishment was necessary.

Would be suited to a number of female occasions - just add a peel-off to the blank sentiment tag. (I used the spare one layered underneath the "Birthday Wishes" to add some dimension).
