What a stunning design - definitely a must have for your collection - suitable for many occasions - why not use peel-offs on the sentiment tag to broaden your range.

After printing the sheet and cutting out the elements, I mounted the decourpage items with foam tape onto the base topper.

I used the Happy Birthday sentiment which I staggered, after using the other underneath to add dimension. I felt there was not need for further embellishment, so mounted the base topper onto a silver pearlescent cardstock to match the frame in the design.
