used A4 card, printed picture on photo paper, cut all pieces

out put main picture on pink mirror card and cut with fancy

scissors, place on card with d/sided tape, the card with be smaller then the card so use your cutter to trim the sides,

put decoupage on with sticky pads, put some 2mm adhesives star stones hats and boots, put 3 round stones on hat and boots, glitter if you like.
