I printed 2 copies of the sheet on quality photo paper and gkued it to matching purple cardstock. I mounted the decoupage with foam pads, The overlay oval (in the 1st layer) was outlined with purple glitter paint just on the edge.
The bow was mounted in two layers.
I added a 3d set of purple flowers. I loved making this. The lady is truly regal.
