I printed this on Crafty Bob's glossy photo paper, cut out the decoupage and layered it using foam pads. I added silver pearls to the corners and the edges of the sentiment. I then attached it to a holographic silver mat - which gives that rainbow effect when it catches the light - before attaching to a white card blank.

A classy card and I love the fun sentiment.
