I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto some blue patterned paper and then onto a white square card base. I attached an adhesive lace down one side and used white peel-offs for borders on the other three.

To finish I added some faux pearls and glitter highlights here and there. This beautiful design would be useful for all sorts of occasions.
