Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Used DST to attach the Topper to a Hot Pink card. I used foam pads to add Decoupage. I put Crystal Glitter on her dress for some sparkle and parts of the flowers.
This is a fun design, and a great card for the Party Girl in your life.
