I have made 2 cards using this design by Stephen Poore. The card with the blue backing sheet, I was able to make in a few minutes once I had printed the sheet provided twice onto the same A4 sized170gsm white satin photo paper.

I have used have used a yellow ribbon behind the main image, and attached the backing sheet and topper onto the 13cm square card front.

I added the smaller elements with a mixture of tiny padded D.S. squares and regular D.S. tape. The second card I have finished took a little longer but the result was worth the enjoyable time. I have used one copy of the main image as the main backing sheet.

I have used cup1093251_4386, a yellow white spot backing sheet from the set by Belinda R designs, named backyard party Girls,pp_20201_1 as the largest backing sheet behind the main image, the green check pattern, cup1093273_4386 pp_2020_4, Berry Sweet Mice coordinating papers as the next sized backing sheet, to attach a copy of the main image using D.S. tape and attach the 2 green coordinating ribbons across and secure at the back before attaching this part of the completed topper onto the white 113.5cm backing sheet.

I have used D.S tape to attach this topper to the 14cm square card front and used the bottle green decorative peel off strip onto the white backing paper edges.

I have used a second copy of the main image to remove the outer frame and reserve it to use as part of the insert.

I was then able to use the next white bordered part of the image as a decoupage and attach it to the card front using padded D.S tape.

I completed the decoupage using tiny padded D.S. squares trimming them as needed.

The main 28x14cm card front is the same green check, but printed slightly larger and has another narrow, co-ordinating green bow tied with the tails extending over and onto the inside of the card as extra embellishments.

I have used the extra frame, I had reserved, around the verse I have chosen from the free verse section to complete the insert section of the completed card.
