I printed onto super smooth paper and taped main image to a 15cm square card. I cut away the scallop edge of the 1st layer of decoupage and edged with peel-offs, then I attached to image using silicone glue.
I made up the rest of the decoupage, added a ribbon with silicone glue and a greeting with brads.
